Not sure what you need to register to vote? That’s simple. Before you go anywhere, make sure you have a valid ID, make sure you’re not registered to vote in another state, and then you’re good to go! Go HERE  to register to vote.

If you won’t be in the district that you’re registered to vote in then you’ll need to request an absentee ballot. You can do that HERE

You should receive a letter about your voter status after you register, however we understand you likely want to know what your status is before that. Thankfully, you can go online and check your status HERE

As of July 1, 2020, you no longer need to show an ID with a photograph in order to vote. This is particularly important to transgender voters, who have sometimes had difficulty casting a ballot due to their appearance not matching the photo on their ID.

Go HERE to find out more information on documents you can provide.
