Equality Virginia Advocates (EVA) is the advocacy and political arm of Equality Virginia. We organize and advocate across Virginia to build a future where LGBTQ+ Virginians thrive.
As a leader in strategic LGBTQ+ advocacy and organizing, EVA mobilizes supporters and volunteers both online and in local communities. Our efforts impact legislation, hold elected officials accountable, and advance LGBTQ+ rights in Virginia. We also support state and local candidates committed to dismantling barriers that prevent LGBTQ+ people from accessing essential spaces, services, and support. Through grassroots organizing and communications, we ensure our supporters have the information and opportunities to engage in every election and legislative session.
